Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8th of 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle her mother who managed her in her teens. Her dad Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. The three siblings within Canyon Country California, and made her debut in acting when she was just four years old. She appeared as an extra in TV shows such as Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. as she began her professional career. Her debut film, "Friday", was made in 1995, when she turned 13. Her first recognition came from her performance as troubled teen Cisely Batiste in Eve's Bayou in 1997 for where she won two awards nominations. One of them was her first N.A.A.C.P.
