
Jennifer Grey, born March 26 1960 in Los Angeles is an American actress. Her first acting role was in Reckless (1984) however, she had her breakthrough in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986). The actress gained worldwide recognition for her role as Frances Houseman in the romantic drama film Dirty Dancing (1987), which earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination. Red Dawn (1984), The Cotton Club (1889), Bloodhounds of Broadway (1989), Redbelt (2008) and Redbelt (2000) were other feature films.
